The Lamborghini Diablo GT-R is the ultimate, track-only evolution of the Diablo, introduced at the 1999 Bologna Motor Show for the Lamborghini Supertrophy racing series. Based on the already extreme road-going Diablo GT, the GT-R features a stripped-out interior, an integrated roll cage, and a massive rear wing bolted directly to the chassis for maximum downforce. It is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine producing 590 hp and 472 lb-ft of torque, mated to a traditional five-speed manual gearbox. With a curb weight reduced to approximately 1,395 kg (3,075 lbs) and a top speed of 210 mph, it remains one of the rarest and most aggressive models in Lamborghini's history, with only 40 units ever produced.
